Jerry A. Rowland
President & CEO

As a result of multiple requests from designers, architects, and clients within the luxury construction industry, Jerry founded Handcraft Construction Management in 1999. Rowland had already earned a reputation as one of the best woodworkers in South Florida by crafting beautiful art like pieces and brought this mindset and attention to detail to his role as general contractor for the most sophisticated and demanding clientele in the world.

Known for delivering successful projects and tailored designs, Jerry has established a tightly focused construction company founded on the principles of providing the highest quality, attention to detail and customer service. His depth of knowledge gives him a unique understanding of all projects regardless of the size or complexity involved.

At heart a craftsman, Jerry will collaborate with Architects and Interior Designers to bring the client’s vision to fruition.
